Thanks for your interest in Friends of the Phantom. I am always delighted to make the acquaintance of another Phantom fan. After 10 years of publishing the Friends of the Phantom newsletter, we have discontinued printings. There are still a number of back issues available, but they are going fast. I plan to continue to do research and publish articles about what goes on behind the scenes in the Phantom'w world. One recent article was an interview with Paul Ryan, the current artist for the syndicated daily Phantom strip. It can be read on Bryan Shedden's website.
We still exist as a group of Phantom enthusiasts who have formal and informal get togethers, and as a network of friends often exchange information and collectibles.
I am proud of the fact that most of the information about the US Phantom artists published has come from our newsletter. I still meet with Phantom luminaries and keep in close touch with them.
I also will be writing a column called "Behind the Mask," for Moonstone Phantom comics.
